WHAT IS THE NICE MARTIN ONLINE STORE REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY?

Nice Martin does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. Nice Martin will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair.

For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. For International returns, all claims must be lodges within 21 days from date of shipping. If you are outside the 7 day return timeframe, Nice Martin reserves the right to deny your return.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 

Sale items - including flash sales or discount offers will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Online orders must be returned to the NICE MARTIN head office and will not be accepted in store.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

1- simply email hello@nicemartin.com and we will allocate a returns authorisation (ra) number for you and provide you with all of the details you need.

Please note Nice Martin is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record for the tracking details.

2- we will provide you with a complete postal address when we allocate you returns authorisation number to you via email correspondence.

3- the shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Nice Martin of an exchange or refund are at your own expense. However, we will ship your replacements back to you free of change (applicable to Australian customers only - this does not apply for International orders)

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at hello@nicemartin.com with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the items is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstance.

Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at hello@nicemartin.com

 

REFUNDS

Nice Martin does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. Nice Martin will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair.

If we can not replace or repair you item, your refund will be refunded to the original credit / debit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

 

CREDIT VOUCHERS

Please note credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash. Online credit vouchers are only redeemable online and can not be used in store.

 

AFTERPAY

Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.

All sales made through Afterpay are final.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED USING THE AFTERPAY METHOD.

Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
