PLACING AN ORDER
My shipping details are wrong, how can I change them?
Please notify us via email at email@example.com straight away if your shipping details are incorrect. We will manually update your details and make sure your order goes to the correct address. There is only a short amount of time before your order will be picked and pack, therefore if you don’t let us know right away, your order will we shipped to the details listed on your order confirmation.
I ordered the wrong size / colour, is it possible to update me order?
Unfortunately, we may not be unable to amend your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all of the details in your order are correct before you finalise your order.
I want an item that is out of stock, will you be re stocking?
If an items is ‘out of stock’ please sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock. Not all items are restocked. We do limited runs of items, therefore it’s best to purchase an items you love as soon as you see it is available.
I ordered a pre order item, when will I receive my item?
Some items may be available to pre order if stock has sold out. Dates for the arrive of pre order items are listed in the product details and are an estimated date of arrival for the item. Dates for pre order items are subject tot change without notice.
Purchasing a pre order item is a final sale and the item will be secured for you. Once stock arrives, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation once it is sent. Pre order purchases can not be cancelled.
How do I use a promo/ discount code?
All first time Nice Martin customers are offered a 10% off discount code for signing up to our newsletter. The sign up box will automatically pop up when you arrive on our site. Once you have signed up, you will be emailed a unique code to use on your first purchase. Please check the expiation date of the code carefully and use within the specified dates. The dates cannot be extended once after expiration.
Promotional codes are used at various times during the year as special offers to our customers. Use the selected code when checking out during purchasing. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I exchange my item/s?
If you wish to exchange your item/s or return your item/s for a credit note, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you.
Please note, we suggest emailing us as soon as you receive your items are there is a 7 day window from when you receive your items to exchange them. Nice Martin has the right to refuse your exchange if it is outside the 7 day return timeframe.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email email@example.com and our customer service team will assist you.
Please note, this excludes general wear and tear of garments over time.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Nice Martin only offers refunds on faulty items that can not re replaced or repaired. Please keep this in mind when purchasing as we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
What if I have received an incorrect item?
If you have receive the incorrect items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you.
Nice Martin will reimburse customers for shipping and returns for items that have been incorrectly sent by mistake.
How long does the exchange process take?
The exchange process usually takes within 1-3 days for your request to be processed. Please also allow extra time for the exchange to be sent back to you.
How long is my credit note valid for?
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
What size am I?
Our sizes vary from style to style. We are known for a looser fit, as our styles are designed to be worn oversized.

What payment options do you accept?
Nice Martin accepts all major credit cards including visa, mastercard and Amex. Payments can also be made via Paypal, Lay buy and Afterpay for Australian customers.
Can I shop with Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for all Australia customers.
Afterpay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now and pay later via four equal fortnightly payments.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
During peak times and sale periods, please allow up to 3 days for orders to be dispatched.
What are the expected delivery time frames?

I am shopping outside of Australia, will I have to pay duties and taxes?
If a purchase is made outside of Australia, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs and duties associated within your own country. For detailed information we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Nice Martin orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request it.
Where do you ship internationally?
We use DHL Express for all International shipments to over 200 countries. Unfortunately due to postage restrictions we currently do not ship to the following countries: Algeria, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Pakistan, Papa New Guinea, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, Vietnam, Syria, and Russia
