PAYMENT & SALES
NICE MARTIN offers multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy . All payments options are securely processed via our checkout service. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use the Credit/Debit Card option.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit Cards. You can also make purchases with Gift Cards purchased via our online store.

In the event that you suspect you have placed a duplicate order, please email Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We can investigate the issue for you and have the duplicate order payment reversed before it is processed. Any duplicate orders that have been shipped before NICE MARTIN has been notified will be refunded once the order has been returned to our Returns Address.
All prices displayed on nicemartin.com are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified, e.g. USD, GBP, etc.
FREE-SHIPPING excludes International Express shipping.
WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Refunds are available for full-priced items returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is deemed to be faulty, otherwise all full priced items that are returned will be met with a credit note or exchange Any return request received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once NICE MARTIN has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. NICE MARTIN reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. Denied items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by NICE MARTIN will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by NICE MARTIN. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your NICE MARTIN account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the Credit Card or PayPal account that the payment was originally made from.
If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com . Please do this prior to returning any items to NICE MARTIN in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and NICE MARTIN will not be held accountable.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org please quote the order number, fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS-
All Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
NICE MARTIN ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Algeria and Tunisia.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express Airmail and Couriers Please which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Airmail arrives within 2-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped. This timeframe may vary if you are out of a metro area.
Free Shipping is valid for orders that total AUS$200 or more, excluding the cost of shipping and that are being delivered to an Australia shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via Express Airmail.
We charge a flat rate of $20 for all international orders. We use Australia Post International shipping service or Dhl that have a 5-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
We use DHL and Australia Post Pack and Track International Services for the following countries:
*Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, UK, USA
We use Registered International Services for all other countries, excluding Mexico and Colombia. Registered International offers tracking services for certain countries only.
All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.
Free Standard shipping is valid for orders that total AUS$250 or more. Excluding the cost of shipping on orders with an international shipping address outside of Australia. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via Pack and Track or Registered International Mail depending on the destination country. This offer is not valid with Express International shipping. More information is available above.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also offer Express International shipping to USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, UAE and Mexico only. Express shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. **Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe and delays may occur.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. NICE MARTIN is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.**
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email email@example.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, NICE MARTIN will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with NICE MARTIN via our Customer Care contact service.
NICE MARTIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, NICE MARTIN reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee of $10 for Australian orders and $20 for international orders.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
