Nice Martin refund and returns policy

Nice Martin offers Exchanges & Credit notes on all full priced goods for any reason. Nice Martin does not offer refunds unless the item is faulty beyond repair.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size purchases.

We do not offer refunds on sale items including those purchased in a Flash Sale or Discount Offer.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

In the event a return does not meet the set standards, Nice Martin reserves the right to reject the return.

For Australian returns, If you wish to return a full price item the garments will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. If you are outside the return timeframe, Nice Martin reserves the right to deny your return. 

 For all International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of delivery. Please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@nicemartin.com to organise a return. 

You the customer are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items outside of Australia.

Sale items - flash sales & sale will not be accepted for return. Please note all sale items are considered final sale, unless the item is faulty beyond repair.

warehouse sale items are final and may come with minor flaws or faults. 
please note items are described and come as is. Any flaws or faults will be clearly stated. please purchase carefully.

Faulty items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at hello@nicemartin.com with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@nicemartin.com to organise a return for your faulty item.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the items is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you have used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a credit voucher valid for 12 months and redeemable at Nice Martin stores and online.

Incorrect items

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at hello@nicemartin.com

Organising a return

To request a return on a full price item/s please get in touch with our customer service team - returns@nicemartin.com

Credit notes

Upon receipt of your returned order, pending all other return conditions are met, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return via email. The email will include the credit voucher code to redeem online at checkout or at a Nice Martin store.

Please note credit vouchers are valid for 12 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Afterpay

Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases. Purchases made through Afterpay can be returned for a credit note or an exchange of product. *T's and C's apply.

Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
