EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Merchandise in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will ONLY be given if there is a fault in the garment. This policy is non-negotiable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. For International purchases you have 7 days to notify hello@nicemartin.com and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are FINAL SALE, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you wish to return your item(s) for an exchange or credit note, please email hello@nicemartin.com within 7 days of the package arriving to you and request our returns form. Once receiving the form, you are required to fill out the form and send it back with your unwanted item(s).
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return/exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
FAULTY ITEMS
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@nicemartin.com to arrange a refund form & Prepaid Return Postage Label. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
